30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Paneward Door Guard. If you are not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Conditions
Returned guards must be unused, not installed (adhesive backing still in place) and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price paid to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or faulty items
If your guard arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to pay any return postage.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
