Shipping Policy
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 72 hours (3 business days) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. In total, please allow up to 11 business days from the date of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or busy periods.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs and duties
Your order price is final. There are no additional customs charges or duties to pay on delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of your order, or arrives damaged, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched so we can correct it.
